July 8: Baker's Day

Today is Baker’s Day in Brazil, and our tribute goes to the people who make bread happen.

Being a baker means waking up while the city is still asleep. It means feeding the levain every single day, respecting the dough’s own pace and having the patience to wait for hours until it is ready. It means feeling the texture with your hands, hearing the crust crackle as the loaf comes out of the oven and knowing that this bread will be on someone’s table.

At Saron Hub, every sourdough loaf carries the care of the person who made it. So a big thank you to our team and to all the bakers who keep this ancient and special craft alive.
